المُلخص:
هناك جذور تأريخية مشتركة أدتْ إلى تأسيس كلاً من الهند وإسرائيل، تلك الجذور تعود إلى مرحلة موغلة في القدّم، إذ سعى كل من الهنود والصهيونية-قبل تأسيس دولة إسرائيل-إلى تحقيق أهدافهما المشتركة، وأن تلك الأهداف متطابقة من حيث الجوهر والمظهر، إذ عمل كل طرف إلى تحقيقها بشتى الطرائق والوسائل، ولو إن تلك الوسائل تختلف بعض الشيء، إلا أنها تلتقي في نهاية المطاف بهدف رئيس هو إقامة كيان خاص لهما.
في ضوء ذلك جاء هذا البحث لكي يُميط اللثام عن طبيعة العلاقات الهندية – الإسرائيلية حتى حرب حزيران 1967. وعليه، قُسم إلى ثلاث محاور رئيسة، تناول الأول الجذور التأريخية للعلاقات الهندية -الصهيونية حتى عام 1947، في حين درس المحور الثاني السياسة الهندية حيال إسرائيل، لاسيما عقب الاعتراف الهندي بإسرائيل في السابع عشر من أيلول 1950، بينما ناقش المحور الثالث سمات السياسة الإسرائيلية حتى عام 1967.
إشكالية البحث: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة طبيعة العلاقات الهندية – الإسرائيلية ومدى تأثيرها على الصراع العربي-الإسرائيلي حتى حرب حزيران عام 1967، بأخذ بنظر الاعتبار وزن الهند الدولي ودورها الفاعل والواضح في النطاق الآسيوي والأفريقي بحكم كونها دولة بارزة بين دول عدم الانحياز والحياد الإيجابي.
فرضية البحث: هو محاولة لمتابعة نشاط وأسلوب العمل الإسرائيلي في الهند، كما أنه محاولة تهدف لفت الأنظار إلى مكامن الضعف والخطأ في السياسة حيال الهند أثناء مدة البحث.
There are common historical roots that led to the establishment of both India and Israel. These roots go back to an early stage. Before the establishment of the State of Israel, the Indians and Zionism sought to achieve their common goals. These goals were identical in substance and appearance. Is a party to its realization in various ways and means, although these means differ somewhat, but ultimately meet with the primary objective of establishing a special entity for them.
In the light of this, this research came to reveal the nature of the Indo-Israeli relations until the war of June 1967. Accordingly, it was divided into three main axes. The first dealt with the historical roots of the Indo-Zionist relations until 1947. We discussed the common factors that contributed to the establishment And the position of the leaders of India from the Zionist movement, and the emphasis is here on the position of Gandhi and Gemara of the Nehru, while the second axis examined the Indian policy towards Israel, and discussed the development of political relations between the parties, especially following the Indian recognition of Israel on September 17 1950, while ours The third axis of the Israeli policy until 1967.
