ملخص:
تتناول الدراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين المحددات الاجتماعية والمحددات الجغرافية وتأثيرهما على أمن الدولة واستقرارها، ومن جهة أخرى ودور الدولة في تنمية الوعي السياسي بعلم الجيبوليتك والاستراتيجيات العسكرية، وعلم المجتمع والسياسات الناعمة من جهة ثالثة .
ومن ثمة ربط الاستراتيجيات الموضوعة بالأهداف الكلية التي يؤسس لها الفكر الغربي ويسعى لتطبيقها لتوسيع مجالاته الحيوية بحسب أطروحاته النظرية وقراءته للواقع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، ومحاور الجغرافيا التي تتناسب مع طبيعة الآليات العسكرية البرية والبحرية،.
ويرى البعض أن نظرية القوة الجوية مع التطور التكنولوجي لا يمكن أن تدخل ضمن مفهوم بالاستراتيجية إلا أن تكون مكملة للاستراتيجيتين البحرية أو البرية، وتوجد نظريات سيوسياسية أصلت الاستراتيجيات جديدة استهدفت توظيف المجتمعات من داخل الدولة المستهدفة لإضعافها بنزعات انفصالية وتحررية وثورية، أو اخضاعها لقوى إقليمية أو دولية تتحكم بإرادة النظم فيها لخدمة الدولة المسيطرة من مدخل استراتيجية الجيوبوليتك كمرحلة جديدة مقاربة لنظريات الاستعمار القديم وأهدافه بآليات واستراتيجيات تتناسب مع المتغيرات الدولية والإقليمية والدولية.
Abstract:
The study dealt with the nature of the relationship between social determinants and geographical determinants and their impact on the security and stability of the state.
On the other hand, the role of the state in developing political awareness of political geography and military strategies, and the science of society and soft policies on a third hand.
And from there linking the developed strategies with the general objectives for which Western thought establishes, and seeks to apply them to expand its vital areas according to its theoretical theses and its reading of social and economic reality, and the axes of geography that are commensurate with the nature of the land and sea military mechanisms.
Some believe that the theory of air power with technological development cannot be included in the concept of strategy unless it is complementary to naval or land strategies.
And it controls the will of the regimes in the target or rogue state, to serve the dominant state from the entrance to the geopolitical strategy as a new phase approaching the theories of old colonialism and its goals with mechanisms and strategies commensurate with international, regional and international changes.
